New York, NY – November 7, 2016 – Carrier Enterprise (CE), the leading provider of temperature and energy control technologies for commercial, hospitality and residential properties, is set to exhibit the latest innovations in HVAC technology to hoteliers at this year’s HX: The Hotel Experience, taking place November 13-15, at the Jacob K. CE will preview its state-of-the-art E-TAC II technology from Gree, as well as Founten’s cutting edge Intelligent Wireless HVAC Energy Management Solution and the PTAC Air Knight air purification system. Continuous demonstrations of these solution will take place at booth #2854 during show hours.

e-tac-hi-resIn showcasing its redesigned E-TAC II, CE will demonstrate how its latest PTAC system is significantly quieter and more energy efficient than previous models. Designed with a priority on guest comfort, the ETAC II also features humidity controls, greater ease of use with the wireless thermostat or remote control, and a more restful night, due to the Aero-Quiet fan. Leading the way in minimizing costs, the E-TAC II additionally provides hotels with a front desk management interface for determining room occupancy. Those implementing E-TAC II at their property are additionally able to benefit from the longest standard warranty in the industry.

“Hoteliers have long sought out a PTAC platform that is capable of maximizing guest comfort and convenience, while minimizing expenses in an area of operations typically responsible for high energy consumption,” said Douglas Mackemer, director of parts, supplies and specialized equipment for CE. “We are extremely looking forward to providing HX attendees with an opportunity to see that guest satisfaction, high functionality and reduced costs are not incompatible when it comes to PTAC HVAC systems.”

Using both wireless and Cloud computing technologies and featuring integrated wireless networking capability, Founten products are industry recognized for their ability to significantly reduce installation and configuration costs. Advantages include thermostats capable of automatically managing efficiency of all types of HVAC equipment. Key to the system’s success is the Cloud-based Founten Site Manager, which provides real-time management and control, continuous data tracking, complete analysis and reporting.

Specifically designed to enhance the guest experience by eliminating unhealthy indoor environments, the Air Knight works to reduce odors, air pollutants, VOCs (chemical odors), smoke, mold, bacteria and viruses in both the air and on surfaces. It is easily mounted in a variety of air conditioning systems, and employs an advanced oxidation process consisting of friendly oxidizers that revert back to oxygen and hydrogen after sanitizing pollutants.
